Bullpen Pizza — Restaurant in Sugar Land

On Wednesday night 1-29-14, waited 20 minutes before being greeted by a tender after going into kitchen area to find manager- The floor tenders excuse was we were sitting at table near front entrance, neither tender noticed us walk in, tenders are not paying attention to customers but flirting with others instead and on phones, not being aware of their surroundings. We walked out about a week ago because of the same situation. Service has gotten poor and lax in a months time. Cannot recommend going to this place any longer after the crappy service we received. Food is good but the personnel running this place needs to be replaced in order to keep this place running successfully.

Just returned, to this place got denied service because of an issue before with customer service being abysmal This place will lose service because of customer mistreatment. I cannot recommend this place to anyone after how rude...

Great people and wonderful sports bar/ man cave atmosphere. You know, I've heard mixed stories about this place, but honestly, it's s bar at night until 2am! Sometimes...life happens! Now I'm not one to start a convo, but everyone here is so friendly and the staff....AMAZING! Drinks are stiff and the chefs are phenomenal! Tonight was meatloaf special, enough for lunch tomorrow with mixed steamed veggies and mashed potatoes. Omg...I almost didn't save enough for lunch Haha. So good! And their quesadillas!!!! Yesssss....served with three different sauces...omg. and their pizzas!!!! It's only 12:39am....they stop serving at...

Came on a Thursday. Too many alpha guys who wanna fight. Annoying to a peaceful night. Ironic that the tools that wanna go there aren’t real men. Very classic ratchet bar. I came with a girlfriend for the first time and some guy at a table was taking about balls and fighting. Total turn off. There was a guy who made my drinks called Jameson or something and he was nice. Also another guy called Jeremy who was diligent. I don’t like aggro haters..I work in the restaurant industry and it’s nice to find a place to chill. Sheena is not a good bartender. Very crappy...
