The only reason it's a one star is because it doesn't allow zero. This place may have been great at one point and is a good idea if run properly, but it is not. My family and I went there yesterday for my niece's birthday and as soon as we walked in the little girl working at the front gate was rude and had us sign a waiver while allowing a caucasian family who came in behind us (also attending my niece's party) to go through without having to fill out a waiver. The decorations were not like previous pictures. They had a background, a table for her cake with a solid color that matched the background, and our host (barely 16yo boy) was nice but wasn't wearing a uniform or anything so we had no idea who he was until it was time for cake. We were rushed out of the room before our time was up and had no idea what to do or where to go so we all stood around the handful of booths that they had between the (2) play areas. My niece's Mom told us that all the kids were now playing on the smaller kid side in the front that has no gate. So my teen boys had to sit at the booths while my 4ft tall 9yo was trying to play with her toddler brother. Shortly after, a random older woman went up to my daughter and started yelling at her for being with her little brother in an area that was not marked and we were not told was only for toddlers and babies. I immediately intervened and she decided to get in my face when I told her that she needed to back away from my daughter and talk to me. I informed that she was playing with her brother and that I was watching them. She kept telling me that my daughter was not allowed on that side and when I asked her who the owner was and if she was the owner, she stated that she was the owner, and I told her that we'd be leaving since she didn't see anything wrong with yelling at my daughter or me. This woman wasn't dressed like an owner. She was walking around with her keys and a "to-go" box in her hand, she looked like she had just rolled out of bed, and instead of asking who the bigger "caucasian" boys belonged to who were knocking the smaller kids down in the small kid side she decided to unleash her frustrations on my daughter because my daughter has been raised to respect her elders so my daughter just stood there confused and on the verge of tears. I took my family and left.
There were (4) people "working" there that I could tell and at least 4 other parties going on. It was overly crowded with no direction. Three actual "employees" looked like they were barely 16yo and like it was there first job, the food was reheated Sam's club pizza and chicken bites, the drinks were left out hot soda cans, and the "owner" doesn't seem like she has any idea on how to run a business, much less how to be around kids. I don't see how they could possibly have repeat customers. Please take your money elsewhere. Even Chuck E. Cheese is better. Horrible...
Read moreI don't normally give bad reviews but this place certainly needs to have one. First of all, the staff that helped our party was really helpful.. I don't know her name but she was really attentive and gave us her undivided time.. thank you for that. As far as the other's may go, I don't know who they are but they must have been in the management position or they own the place. So, here's what happened, my sister in law booked this place for my neice's 2nd birthday party, it looked wonderful and of course they said outside food was allowed. We got there and we brought our trays in, this guy said with a beard (skinny guy) that we can not have home made food... We asked does it say it at all in the contract, they looked for it front and back and NO there wasn't anything there that indicated that you can not bring home made food. (If they had indicated it and gave us the information we could've prepared something else) So we pleaded with them and also said "you can't just send us home, we already have guests coming" this aweful person said "Actually, I can.. " WOW, right? You can't talk to your customers that way! Seriously? So, we let it go coz we just wanted our neice to have fun in her party. We pleaded if they could just make a waiver that we are responsible for our party if anyone gets sick. So, they agreed, great! We continued with our party. At the end of the party when we were about to leave, they already paid and asked us to sign the waiver, which was fine. After reading the waiver, they wanted us to sign that we are responsible for everyone in the entire facility regardless if it was our guest or not, it was to be for the entire day too, from open to close! I mean, what the heck, right? We would've agreed only for 12:30pm-3pm (that was the only time we were there) and only for our guests as we only served them and made sure not to serve everyone else! Of course we complained about it and they still wanted us to sign the waiver regardless. No way, we will not agree to that. So long story short, they ended up screaming and yelling "GET OUT GET OUT" they continued screaming at us telling us to leave, seriously? Publicly shaming us! Everyone was looking! Then while we were walking out, my mother in law was still quite upset and ranting that it was not right what they were doing, as I told my husband to get her, he approached them and what did he see, that man with the beard (skinny guy) was pushing my mother in law out.. what the heck, right? My husband was so angry because he had no right to be pushing a 65 year old!!!! Can you believe that? Now, we left but it was a horrible experience with their management! In addition to that, they asked our guests that were still there to leave! Wowwww.. If only there was a -5 stars, that's what I would give them! Stay...
Read moreMy daughter celebrated her birthday here and everyone had a blast. The venue is clean, well maintained and safe for kids of all ages. We took the basic package with add ons and it was just perfect for our small group. We brought our own food as well for everyone to enjoy.
Venue: They have 2 sections, one for the bigger kids and the other side for the smaller ones. The smaller ones can go to the ninja with parent's supervision. The younger kids will have tons of activities and mini sections to play at. The bigger kids section have the timed ninja warrior play area which they love so much and can compete with one another, ball pit, rock climbing etc. it is clean! And when we left our party, their team went on to sanitizing and cleaning right away. The party room was well decorated for the basic package we availed.
Party package: the basic one was $500 and it was great. If you have bigger groups or wanted longer playtime i would suggest the higher package. When we arrived the room was already ready and decorated unlike other party places where you are told to decorate the room yourselves which eats up 15mins of your rented time. Pizzas and juice where served for the kids and they loved it.
Service: I had to mention this because they were absolutely amazing! From Amber who initially helped me get in contact with Narisa (who helped me choose the package and explained everything at time of booking) to Robert who was always there eager to help uss throughout the party - from getting the guests situated, helping with the food, preparing all the extra stuff, fixing the goodie bags and the like. All the other staff were great and amazing as well they were always eager to help and very friendly. We NEVER FELT RUSHED! That's something I highly commend! Other party places will rush you 30mins prior to end time and will keep on bugging you till you leave. Not here, they will politely inform you of the time and just give a reminder. I just love them.
If you are looking for a place to celebrate your kids party, do it here! All our guests said the staff are very helpful and friendly! Plus the kids will enjoy the place so much. I...
