This was my second time visiting Orchid Beauty Salon in Salons by JC, and I figured it was about time I shared a review so this hidden gem can be discovered by others!

My first visit was for a haircut. I naturally have frizzy, curly hair that can be tricky to manage, but Sumbal did an outstanding job layering and shaping it with face-framing pieces. The cut looked great whether I wore my hair natural or styled it with heat.

This most recent visit was for coloring my hair for the very first time, and I'll admit I was nervous. But both Sumbal and Tousheen took such great care of me! They really take the time to understand what you want and tailor their service accordingly. I wanted something subtle to bring out my natural brown without going too light, and they nailed it. It turned out perfectly and the blowout by Tousheen was amazing!

I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their hair done especially if you're a bit hesitant. Sumbal and Tousheen are incredibly warm, welcoming, and talented at what they do. I'll definitely be returning to go a little lighter...

Sumbal at Orchid has been our go to (I say our because everyone I know goes here because she’s THAT good ❤️) for years now, she is extremely talented and the most kindest and humble person! She takes the time to understand your vision, and also takes the health of your hair in consideration before she starts. I’ve also started taking my 3 year old there for haircuts and she’s in love with “Chumbul Aunty” too. Sumbal is AMAZING with the little one’s haircuts too. I’ve been always looking for a salon where I can have a haircut exactly like back home since I’ve moved to the US and I can confidently say that Orchid Beauty Salon is the ONE!!!
