Came here last night with my husband. We love Dutch Bros but this isn’t our regular location, however we were close by this one so decided to stop by. My husband ordered a blended Golden Eagle. I ordered a salted caramel protein latte. I had a reward for a free drink in my app. We were also paying part of the balance with a gift card. Not that any of that should matter, but just including everything. After providing the young man working at the window with both my code for the free drink, as well as our gift card, both were processed with no issue. We then provided a credit card to pay the remaining balance for the two drinks. The cashier could not process my credit card despite multiple attempts. He even went and got the other iPad and credit card machine from the other employee who was taking orders at the window and tried my card there, Also did not work. At this point he seemed as frustrated as we were and said, go ahead and just take the drinks and go. It wasn’t like we were getting anything for free seeing as I had used my reward as well as a gift card to pay. Once we left after this 15 minute fiasco, we both realized that both of our drinks tasted absolutely disgusting. I have never ever gotten a drink, much less two drinks that tasted as bad as these two did from a Dutch Brothers. It was not only disappointing, but very unprofessional and not typical of our DutchBros experiences. My coffee tasted like a regular unflavored coffee latte. My husband‘s golden eagle also only tasted like coffee no other type of flavoring. And neither of us were asked if we wanted soft top. Our drinks were completely ruined after a 15 minute wait and I wasted my reward on a drink that I would’ve asked to be remade if we hadn’t already been held up so long due to the credit card issues. Read moreHard pass for 2nd visit. We love supporting new companies and seeing how they are, especially since we have been seeimg them pop up in a few areas. Welp! If you want sugar instead of the coffee or tea this is your place. As first timers locating a full menu was difficult. The drive through menu is incomplete. Well at least it was on our side which was to the right of the drivers side. Took us forever to find a full accurate menu. In between trying to ask questions on drinks we kept being asked to move forward. Upon reaching the window we were greeted by an extremely overly happy and questioning employee. Asked us our favorite place, summer plans, where we take trips, if we had kids, what are they doing for the summmer and more...read the room. Maybe midday and evening this works but not before 10am. Upon all the overloaded excitement, request to move forward and menu searching I forgot to ask for milk substitute so basically I took one big sip, realized it was regualar milk and left it. The options for drinks are, sugar, sugar and sugar. I already knew it was bad once I saw ALLLLLLLL the bottles of syrup. My White Chocolate Chai Tea, which I would never ordered flavored was sweet as heck and very pale. Almost like no chai included. My hubs coffee the 911 something fancy name, he said, was not good. The only food was muffin tops which I did not even open bc I was less than impressed with the drinks. It is almost like a Sonic more than a coffee spot. To end, I dropped of my hubs for his meeting and I drove to Starbucks to get my Iced Chai with options of Oat or Coconut milk and it was brown like chai tea was added. I had come at 9:30 am and I could tell the employees were already agitated with the amount of cars in the line. I had ordered my drink and was told to merge after a Honda car, as I begin to do so, the employee that told me to merge after the car got mad and begun knocking on my window saying that I merged after the wrong car as if she did not tell me to merge after it.
Regardless of that incident, I still ordered and arrived to the window. I was greeted politely and when they handed me my drink, I had asked if there was any ducks left for the drop. The girl replied that they ran out of it... and as if I was not standing there waiting for the straw, the girl behind her proceeded to say how she's tired of people asking for it and how she hates that she's going to have to hear people ask about it all day. I grabbed my straw and left, it was overall not a good experience and not a conversation to have with a coworker in front of the customer...
