The Dog Lounge — Local services in Sugar Land

Boarded our four dogs here recently and we absolutely loved our experience. Customer service is amazing, they get to know the dogs by name, prices are reasonable and it shows that they have a love for animals. They go above and beyond. Sent us pictures of our little ones while we were away. Kept us up to date with what was going on and what our baby’s were up to. The place itself is very clean and has a very cozy feel. Dogs are given the freedom to walk around so they are not just kept in enclosures. Our dogs loved their stay. Will definitely be using them again. Natalie and her team are super sweet and friendly. I’m very protective of my dog and worry about her a lot but I only trust them with Bella. They really care for the dogs and are very accommodating towards every dogs needs. When I first brought Bella in, she was in a cone and couldn’t be left alone at home. They took amazing care of her then, and even now! Bella gets groomed by them too and she looks great!! They also post pictures of your dog and you get notified each time which I love! My golden retriever puppy and chihuahua had a wonderful stay here! I was nervous to leave them as it was my first time boarding them and my chihuahua gets very anxious, but the staff at the Dog Lounge were super reassuring, updated me on how they were doing, and even allowed me to pack a few items from home to comfort them. When I went to pick them up, they both were worn out from fun and looked very comfortable being there!
