I want to give some big kudos to Mr. Vinh Quach. We went in the lobby to get some documents notarized today. He is one of the first bank assistant we encounter who actually knows what his job is as a notary officer.
Unlike most of the notary officers we encountered before, Vinh is highly professional and knowledgeable in his role. Other notary officers all seems to want to read in detail of the document to be notarized when that is completely unprofessional and what I consider an intrusion of personal privacy.
Vinh was familiar with what his role requires of him which is looking at only what type of document he is notarizing for his recording purposes and not reading it in detail. He was pleasant to talk to and directed questions we have to appropriate personnel at the branch without rushing us. We felt important as a customer of Chase bank. The teller at the front was also quite polite and seems genuinely helpful. Read moreA deposit of cash and 1 check was made (sent through the drive through to the teller) at 5:55 p.m. 3-3-20 at the Chase Bank at 6220 Hwy 6, Sugarland, TX 77478. They kept the money, the driver license and closed the entire bank while still sitting in the line! No receipt or acknowledgement, just closed while in the middle of the transaction!

The bank keeps acquiring other banks and delivering poor customer service to its customers that have to wait for ages. There was a second banker, who saw that about four customers were waiting and decided to go home at 4:30 PM and left only one person to deal with us....
