I usually like to go to this place to grab a burrito after getting off of a night shift and never have an issue. Today I ordered a breakfast burrito with chorizo, egg and cheese add potato at 10 am right when then opened, so not busy. I arrive about ten minutes later and the owner had my burrito on the counter. He tells me that he is running out of chorizo, and just added extra potatoes. I asked him did he have any other protein and he told me that he already made the burrito. Well then I guess I dont have the options? He then told me it would still be the same price even without the chorizo because of the potatoes. That really didn’t seem fair. So I paid and left but honestly didn’t seem right, so I called back and said I’m not happy with the burrito because on top of it not being what I ordered, it was burnt. The owner then said, “ohh I didn’t know you were like that”. I said if you went to a restaurant and ordered one thing and then gave you another and just told you to take it. You wouldn’t be happy. He then offered to make it how I wanted with another substitute but at that point, I didn’t even want him to keep my money. I returned back to get a refund and return the burrito. NO APOLOGIES from the owner. I would’ve truly appreciated even if he waited to make it until I got there so I could then choose something I wanted, or called me back even. I’m pretty sure I was the first order of the day, so the fact that he didn’t immediately offer to fix it or make another one was crazy seeing to the fact that no one else was there and he had the time. I wish I never went to this restaurant! It is probably the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. I went there because I saw the 4.6 rating that was deceptive it's not true! Then I investigated the ratings. It's obvious the average has been changed by all the five stars. To begin--- Good basket of chips to start. The second tasted stale, burnt, like rewarmed chips. The salad was not good. Just chucks of meat dropped on iceberg lettuce. Dressing and nothing else. The meat on my plate tasted weird. A weird oily taste. Poor service. Such a disappointment. Please train your cook. Beware, a 4.6 rating is not truthful...

The food is great but the customer service is horrible. You don’t have to speak the same language to be nice to someone. The lady rung me up for 3 times my order then when I asked for some extra limes so got an attitude and used THE SAME HANDS she hanged me the pen with, handled the receipt with and picked up a lime and put it straight on my food . Just rude and nasty and I drove 25 mins because it used to be my favorite taco place before I moved farther away but to drove an hour there and back and spend almost $30 on a taco plate and a kids meal. I will NEVER waste my time again. Time to find a new...
