I walked in with my sisters and the female owner is on TikTok Live……… no welcome inside, no hello, no smile- her assistant is busy fetching her clothes. I found this to be rude since the store is to shop in and feel comfortable talking in but it felt we had to be quiet the entire time for her audience to hear her. I also went with my little nieces and they were shushing them for talking loudly. (Not nice.)

Clean store, decent collection, lots of threads on fabric coming loose/undone which made it seem like extremely cheap quality of fabric and workmanship (which explains the decent pricing- you get what you’re paying for).

I would definetely never come back unless I have no other option in sugarland and am in need of a...

I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive without being pushy. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect pieces. If I had the option to give this women a -0 star I would. Really poor customer service me and my mom felt uncomfortable and unworthy in front of her she was so rude to us and it’s was just very bad experience. Just because we didn’t like her collection since it wasn’t matching to our taste doesn’t mean she can treat us like we wasted her stupid time in fact me and my mom waste our important time and gas to go and check out her clothes. If you don’t wanna be felt like unwelcome and like trash please don’t go there she is extremely disrespectful and mean I will never recommend anyone to go to her. She shouldn’t have a business if she can’t take rejection....
