These truly awesome men, in a time of economic loss, decided to help their fellow small businesses by taking ten dollars off any oil change when you show a receipt from a locally owned business!

They are more concerned about their community than their profits!

I went there because of this and asked for a full service oil change and told then not to take off the ten because of their willingness to sacrifice during the pandemic. I asked for a serpentine belt(because it was squeaking, air filter, & rear wiper blade.

They could have just changed everything out that I asked for and took the money, but no.

They explained I didn’t need a serpentine belt that it was moisture and fixed it for free.

Then told me I could change the filter but it was still good till at least the next visit.

I said change it anyway.

I really was trying to give them money for being heroes of my community.

After the service was done I find out that they threw in the rear wiper for FREE!

People are brain-dead. Called them on a Wednesday. Told them I had a 2015 Toyota Tacoma I wanted to bring in for transmission service. That person said, no problem bring it on in and we will take care of it. We live 1 hour from Sullivan. Brought the truck in on Friday, pointed to the service tech the vehicle I drove and said , the Toyota Tacoma. Handed him the key and left to do some shopping. Less than 30 minutes later, we receive a call from them - manager says he doesn't work on Toyota Tacomas, had nothing but trouble with them. What kind of trouble, I asked. His response - I don't know, he didn't say. We go back to get the truck, my wife says to the tech with the key, it would have been nice when my husband called you, if you had let us know you didn't work on Tacomas before we made a 1 hour one way drive to see you. Okay place for an in and out oil change, just do not believe them when they tell you get here early if you need mechanic service we "promise to get you right in. I needed a lower ball joint replaced, told me come in early on a Friday will get you right in, I took off half day from work got there and someone dropped off thier vehicle in the middle of the night. Even though I was told I would get right in they said first come first serve.Was not told I could do that. So the manager told me " I promise" I will get you in " first thing" Monday morning. Iwas a little upset but said okay ( I have three vehicles I have serviced there on a reguler basis and have for at least ten years) I get there( after again taking another half day off work) Monday morning and someone had their vehicle towed in and I got told I would have to come back yet again.
