I originally went to Jerry's due to our refrigerator going out unexpectedly and they had decent prices, also a couple of my friends telling me how they were really good and work with their customers. Everything went great when I got it, they delivered it for free, hooked it up, etc. They even allowed monthly payments which was great for us. Then not even 3 months later the top icemaker (we have 2) started to act up but couldn't really tell more intermittent issue. I believe it was around aug/ sept. when it finally stopped. I called Jerry's they said ok, we will get a repair man on that. Couple weeks pass by no call no nothing, I called them, finally got a repair man out, he says its the sensors, he will order the parts, office will call to come back out, no response for a couple weeks, I called to check on status they say due to Covid-19 they are on back order and they were ordering a whole new icemaker and sensors, repair man comes out replaced just the sensors, 24 hrs later still no ice, call back same thing we will get him back out, no response for a couple weeks, I had to call, tech comes out replaces ice maker, 24hr later still no ice, call back same thing, we will get him back out, again had to call and ask about when a tech would be back out. Finally again tech is back out after xmas, replaces sensors, again 24hrs later still no ice. Call back, they say the tech has to call Whirlpool. Did not hear from them since. I called today... let me tell you... after this mess is over with I will NEVER deal with them again. The lady and I went back and forth for probably a good 30 min and all she did was blame Whirlpool and Covid. They act like their hands are tied and there is nothing they can do. Also being told "Well you are the one who bought the refrigerator, you wanted that one." Is not the correct thing to say to an angry customer who bought it with the understanding it probably shouldn't break with in 2-3 months of having it and that the company you bought it from would do you right in a situation like this. Then saying I'm bashing you and its not yall's fault its Whirlpools, AND THEN to say I should call Whirlpool because they will do something about it faster and give me a new fridge???? Then try to talk down to me like I don't know how warranty processing works. Let me tell you something. I work with warranty in my line of work. I also know that as a GOOD company you should be going out of your way to help a customer if the manufacture isn't doing what they need then you fix the issue your customer is having regardless if its giving them a new appliance then dealing with the manufacture on the back end or discounting the cost of the appliance due to the issues they are having. After going back and forth (and being hung up on because I told her to come get the **). She says they could discount the fridge due to the icemaker being broken if we don't want it fixed. She said she doesn't think the price would be worth it. I asked for that information. She puts me on hold for about 5 min. Comes back and said ma'am they want to talk to whirlpool. At this point that shouldn't of even been said. They know I'm at my wits end and done. I don't care if they want to go through whirlpool. I only have a 1 yr manufactures date from the time I bought it which ends on 5/5/2021. Is Jerry's going to cover this issue after the warranty is up? Probably not since they say I will have to go through Whirlpool to get a new refrigerator. Don't get me wrong I understand Covid, people out, working from home, times are hard. But I don't and never have had a company that will not absolutely work with you other than with this warranty that is getting dragged out. All I want is a discounted amount. I will decide if its worth it or not. I understand they are "only the middle man" but you sell the equipment and deal with the manufactures you should also be able to do right by your company. You want to say I'm bashing you. Well our conversation wasn't bashing. But this is. Can't wait to have this settled and never have to deal...
Read moreWe went here to get a new recliner for my lovely bride since her old recliner had broken. Alec(I hope I spelled your name right) helped us out and was Zero Pressure sales. He showed us all the potential recliners that could serve our needs and when we selected one my wife loved, that she could get in & out of easily the check out process was quick and easy as well.
Now, let me share an after the sale Awesome experience! This company will haul off your old furniture!!!! Yes, there is a $10fee but it is worth EVERY cent so that I don’t have to worry about getting rid of it myself! Not a lot of companies do that anymore.

Read moreFour years ago, I bought a washer and dryer whirlpool and they never gave me the Manualto it. I looked it up today and it stated from Whirlpool that the people you buy from are supposed to give you the Manuals to your appliances. The only thing I can figure out is that if you want to buy new manuals that are online it cost $19.95. I guess they didn’t want to spend the money for the manuals to go into the appliance the washer and dryer for me so it took me 35 minutes to figure out how To start my washer and dryer. That day I spent over $7000 at their store I will...
