Took the time to clearly explain what the process would be. Did it quickly all the while being polite and cheerful. Their price was very reasonable. I had an appt set which didn't actually have a time just the day. I ended up calling to confirm on that day because it was late afternoon and no one had showed. Terrible customer service and the associate was rude. There’s was traffic from light to light in front of the business and no one would allow you to turn in which made me 3 minutes late for the appointment plus you can not find the business due to poor signage to identify it. I spoke with the person right outside and she refused to accommodate me because she was headed to lunch.
