I recently purchased 2 rings from The Silver Lining for my daughter. I live out of state. When I gave my daughter the rings, we realized the rings were too small. I contacted the owner and she told me to mail back the rings for an exchange. The owner sent me pictures of similar rings in her size. The entire process was easy.
