Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my experience as much as I’d hoped, especially after reading the positive reviews. I initially spoke with a very kind representative over the phone who listened to my skin goals, answered all my questions, and booked me for a $150 laser session. She also mentioned a discounted package of six sessions. However, when I arrived, the front desk staff had no idea I was scheduled for treatment and assumed I was just there for a consultation. I was told that booking an appointment is done through a call center, not the actual location, which explained the miscommunication—but it already felt disorganized. When I went to the room a lady with a camera told me to stand up and took a bunch of pictures of me with no explanation about what the photos were for or where they were going first. I had to ask and then she explained but I felt like that should have been done beforehand. Dr. Soni then came in and, without properly introducing herself either asking about my skin goals, jumped straight into pricing. I mentioned the $150 I was quoted, but she quickly dismissed it and said it would be more—around $175—without evaluating my skin or explaining the reason for the difference. She also pushed the package repeatedly, even after I said I wanted to try just one session first. She never took the time to examine my skin, asks questions, or understand what I was looking for. When I asked her questions, it felt like she rushed through the answers. I expressed concern about pain, and in the same rushed eay she sloppily applied numbing cream to my face, getting some on my bottom lip, before quickly leaving the room for another customer's treatment. When she returned, she wiped the cream off just as rough and carelessly and then shaved my face in the same rushed way. During the laser session, I said I couldn't imagine doing the treatment without numbing cream. She replied, “The numbing cream barely works, it barely does anything,” which left me wondering why she even applied it. The treatment was more painful than expected, and she asked me to let her know about it. However, when I expressed discomfort, she said, “It’s literally the lowest it can go,” which felt dismissive. I asked if we could take a few short pauses, but she seemed annoyed and continued anyway. She finished by once again sloppily applying lotion to my face, leaving me with patches of lotion and bits of gauze fluff stuck to my skin. It wasn’t even rubbed in. It didn't seem like she really care if I was sent out looking like that. The entire experience felt dismissive. I didn’t feel listened to or cared for at any point—and I won’t be returning to...
Read moreThe receptionist is so nice and I got discount but I booked for nasolabial fillers at their summit office. Here, there's no consultation ( they only ask if you've done it before) Told the lady I want to fill my laugh line , she asked if I have done it before, I said yes but she filled my upper cheek ( i have round robust full face)instead of my laugh line even when I told her ,I want my laugh line filled and not upper cheek, she kind of get offended and said the upper cheek will lift the laugh line but I have done this before and it was exactly where I wanted the filled in. My laugh line remain the same. I repeated it so many times what i wanted .I have a round robust full face so do not need any fillers on my upper cheek . She didn't listen to what I want but decide to do what she wants. There's no difference on my laugh line. Is 10 days now, whenever I lay down on my face, I feel pain or when I laugh, it seems there's something piercing my face. I never felt that on my previous laugh line fillers which was done so good. I am not pleased with the service and not a satisfied customer. I don't know about their other services but for laugh line, I do not recommend. The 2 star is for the reception I got, so warm and their front desk personnel is very professional.
Which number should I call, the one I booked with is not connecting, I don't know why I can't get Ethos on it again.
It is only fair, I update this review, the owner reached out to me, just coming from the spa now and he reviewed my photo, and put 1 filler for free ( half on each laugh line). Atleast there's a 40% change on it unlike last month, there was no change on my laugh line. I will go back for next year fill in and it must be Doctor Hardik Noni or nobody so I'm changing it from 2 to a 4 star. For listening to a client and try meeting me half way. That means a lot I know if the first lady did what she's supposed to do,I would have atleast 90% satisfaction but I can go with 40% cause the owner listened and try to make me happy.
Pls,go to ethos for all your facial issues but insist on seeing Doctor Noni,he is a male doctor with listening ear and very...
Read moreVery disappointed! I want to make it clear that the young lady who helped me was very kind and she sold the product offered by the owners as an employee of the spa.
Terrible, I left very disappointed, I have had many experiences doing Hydrafacials and I know exactly the steps to follow, what I received is NOT considered a Hydrafacial, the fact that they used a vacuum to extract impurities does not mean that the procedure was complete and effective.
They cleaned my face quickly. They used the vacuum (I had to tell the young lady to go under my jawline and next to my ear because she didn't do there, it was extremely fast, less than 1 hour, during which time she left the room several times, after the vacuum she quickly applied some syrups and a cold mask and that was it.
I asked her if she didn't exfoliate me, or remove the hair on my face and she said she was going to ask, they told her it was $100 more than the $225 for the facial.
The discontent is too much, they should train the beauticians to do a more professional and honest job for what they are charging.
The room needs to be set up like a "spa" they didn't give me a robe so the liquids wouldn't splash my clothes, or a towel to put on top of me, the lamp was on top of a trash can and all the lights were on, extremely annoying for the eyes in the position the client is in, a radio station with club music that has nothing to do with a "SPA" I hope the owner takes some of these things into account. I drove almost 1 hour to have a procedure done, but it was not the one I received and the one they charged me for. I had the impression that because it was "Summit" I would find something up to par and unfortunately, that was not the case.
My face is no different at all. In fact, when I run my finger through it, bits of the gauze that the young lady used to clean me come out. In my other experiences, my face has come out shiny and it has never taken less than 1 hour. Wanting to try somewhere else was a mistake.
