DO NOT SHOP HERE! It has the Verizon label but it is NOT a VERIZON CORPORATE store. When I was shopping for my new phone, the store promised it would honor offers the same as any Verizon store. They were very happy to take the order and my money but sent me 'to the vendor website' to get the additional bonus (equipment). After weeks of calls and other contacts, I was told the store was supposed to provide the bonus equipment.
I returned to the store to get a replacement 'tempered glass screen' - this item came with a lifetime warranty. A VZ store tech told me to return it to the original store because it had been installed incorrectly. The store immediately referred me 'to the vendor website'. VZ customer service stated they would have replaced the screen and agreed they would contact the store manager to honor the warranty - the Summit retail store was supposed to provide the same level of service as a VZ corporate store.

I ordered an Apple Watch with the purchase of my new phone because I was told the price would be around $100. With the trade in deal, I said let’s do it and we ordered the watch. When the device arrived I drove back to the store. Upon purchase, I was told the watch was substantially more because the associate quoted me the incorrect trade in price. Three levels of BlackBerry Customer Service technical people could not disengage the Anti-Theft feature. The Equipment Specialist at the Verizon store at the Jersey shore was unable to help me although she tried for two hours. A glitch in BlackBerry’s software caused my phone to lock.
