Kyla Ann's Bridal Boutique — Local services in Sumter

I visited here on April 9 looking for a prom dress. I found one and paid in full, expecting for all of the alterations to be done before prom on May 7. I haven't heard from them in over 3 weeks, so we called and they said to come in 2 days before prom to try the dress on. I got there and it didn't fit. They only fixed one of the 3 things we asked them to. They said they would fix it and to come back the next day. I go to pick up the dress the day before prom and it's sitting on the counter rolled up in a ball. I asked them about it and they said they need time to work on it and to come back tomorrow. I go back the day of prom to try it on and it's too tight. The lady who was doing the alterations kept trying to zip it up all the way and I told her she was hurting me and it's too tight and she said it was fine. I ended up zipping it up partially and leaving the top unhooked so it wasn't suffocating...

After having so many issues with other boutiques, we drove miles to get to Kyla Ann's Bridal Boutique. Ms. Ann did such a great job with helping me. I came to her VERY last minute (a month from my wedding date) and she had my dress here a week later. She eased my anxiety and helped me choose my dress. She didn't pressure me and gave me time to decide. She really knows her stuff. The boutique has everything there. The seamstress, ms Mina is so sweet. Here is my story. Friday evening, I find out that I have a interview the following Tuesday, but I need a new suit. purchased my suit at Mayo's but had a problem. I need my pants hemmed but they had nobody on site. They referred me to this boutique because they were the only place that could do the hem on a Saturday. everyone else that I contacted was booked past Tuesday and would not be able to do this but I was able to get it done here. took cash payments only but it was so quick and professionally done I will definitely refer any alteration...
