Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sunbury

Today (08/18/2025) I ordered a "loaded beef nacho" and got ZERO beef on it as well as a supreme Doritos loco taco and received a regular one without tomato or any sour cream. When something has "beef" in the title you ought to get beef in your order. When you pay extra to get sour cream you should get the thing you specifically paid extra for. Also one of the soft taco tortillas tasted weird and stale. This is far from the first time this particular location has screwed up my order but this was the last straw. Do not go to this location. They are understaffed and underpaid so they don't give a shit about giving you what you paid for.

TACO BELL. PAY YOUR STAFF ENOUGH TO CARE. I AM BEGGING YOU. Also stop being stingy with the sauces. They barely gave me any hot sauce packets when I asked for a bunch since I was feeding multiple people who all like to use a lot of sauce.

I was exhausted after a long day at work and just want my order to be correct. That's all. I won't be going to this location anymore. Do not give this franchise your money. They will get the order wrong or get give you an incomplete product...

This was THE worst experience and effort put forth by ANY Taco Bell location. I ordered through the drive thru and the food was literally thrown in the bag. Tacos had fallen out of the wrapper, chips/cheese were barely full and the chicken Catina bowl was a joke with no beans and about 6 small chunks of chicken. After parking the car and heading inside I stood at the counter for a bit to get waited on. I expressed my concerns about how sloppy the order was placed in the bag and took out the cheese example. The young man barely apologized and took the bag away to make it again. Pretty appalling by looking at the mess behind the counter. Order came back out, better wrapped, but there was no way I was eating any of it, knowing what the kitchen looked like. Let alone the food may have been tampered with.The original cheese container looked like it was taken out of the trash. No mention of refund or further apology. Save yourself some headache and keep on moving to another location. It does not even...

I enjoy the personnel they were great unfortunately it was a return from a mistake that they had made before and they even made a mistake and replacing the mistake that they made but if something's wrong they will try to make it right I guess it's a good thing about it unfortunately they didn't make it right so that's why I'm giving with three other five stars I do appreciate the fact that they try to make it right even if they didn't it is a clean restaurant the restrooms are nice also no complaints there the only complaint is they mess up your food more than once and even mess it up when you try to get it fixed for the first time around and maybe it was just a bad day for them twice tomorrow so I'd say at least give them a try but don't expect the best and they could improve on that but other than that it was a...
