Fantastic, honest professional! My 46 year old Seiko watch had stopped working, and I had Fred do a cleaning, at a very reasonable price, as other repair shops refused to merely clean it, insisting I needed an outrageously priced overhaul. After getting the watch back from Fred, it was still not working properly, and Fred insisted on ordering a couple of parts that he felt were worn out and which were difficult to find considering the age of the watch, and no doubt expensive. He repaired it properly, and refused to let me pay for the extra time and parts involved. Ok so I had to get my battery replaced and when I got there he was out to lunch. I waited about 10 min but when he showed up he apologized and thanked me for waiting. He guessed that I needed a quick fix, took the watch talked with me a bit and boom a few minutes (if that) later he gave me my watch. Said it was like $7 and I was just amazed. No upsell, no phony talk. He's just a straight up hardworking, nice guy that knows how to treat his customers and what they want he delivers. What a nice, professional and genuine guy.

UPDATE: the back came off the following day. I will be asking for a refund I brought in a Q and Q quatz digital watch after replacing the battery. I couldn’t get the cover back on. the display was perfectly fine. and after receiving the watch back with the cover back on the liquid display for the numbers was damaged so now the numbers are no longer clear and the owner did not have the decency to admit he damaged the watch.
