If there is a way to give negative star rating, I would not hesitate to give. Just got my first car wash at this place today. It is one of the worst car wash center ever. There were many dirty spots left when I asked they said they won't clean in detail and also they didn't clean the trunk when I asked for it then the cleaning guy shouted infuriatedly saying that I need to open the trunk then only he'll clean. Also, tree needle pines present above the trunk door, when I asked them to clean it, They said they won't clean that. Also, I checked for their manager they said there is no manager. I would strongly recommend not to go to this place. Their crew do not know how to talk to the customers.

Car wash driver hit something during wash and broke my side mirror. Filed incident report and never got call back. Called them a few days later and they refused to give me their insurance company or take responsibility even though they were the ones driving my car! Only gave me number of shady holdings office with a bunch of extensions that lead to no answers and full voicemail boxes. A week later no response still and now car wash office is not answering my call. My insurance deductible is too high to cover so will fix on my own. Avoid this car wash at all cost. They are unprofessional, disrespectful and honestly don’t even do a good job cleaning your car. See photo.

Went on a Saturday mid morning and the Full Service Foam Wash (option 3) for $18.99.

This will take you a while, especially if there is more than a few cars (not because the workers themselves are slow - at least they SEEMED very quick but thorough).

I was impressed at first watching them in the final stages of the car wash (the drying, the wheels and the windows). He cleaned the hub caps and insight and outside of the windows. When he was done drying, the white car was a bit blinding in the sunlight.

Once I got closer however I noticed the bird poop spots on the bumpers and trunk were still there (albeit a bit smaller).

I'm on the fence about if this was better than one of the fully automated car washes. The later might be my future choice between the trade off of time and cost vs the quality (roughly the...
