Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Sunnyvale

Poor service / worst experience. Had booked appointment for Covid vaccine. They made me wait for 45 minutes. Asked me to wait in line as though I came through walk-in when I had appointment. (this is not new. I had MMR vaccine a year back and had same bad experience ). Made me fill a form which I had done online already. Either there system is so bad or these people don’t know how to use technology. High time senior management takes note and address...

This location is Super slow for vaccine appointment. My appointment time is 1:30 pm, check in around 1:45 pm because of queue, and then waited 45 minutes to get the vaccine. The staff is super ignorant and doesn't want to deal with my complaint at all. It's the most terrible customer experience for pharmacies. Unfortunately, this location is the closest to my place, but I have to find another one because of the unprofessional behaviors...
