I recently stopped by Amazonica and had one of the best Cholado experiences ever! The flavors were super refreshing, perfectly balanced between sweet and fruity, with just the right amount of shaved ice and condensed milk. Every spoonful was a tropical burst of flavor!

What really made the visit special was the excellent service. Anna and Isabella were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They patiently explained the options, offered great recommendations, and made us feel right at home. You could tell they take pride in what they do!

Horrible experience!!! First of all, they charged me $15 for a crepe when in their menu says $10 some change, I bought 2 and a small coffe and a small banana, strawberry smoothie and I ended up paying them $49. They didn't give me a receipt. Then they brought the first crepe without the fruit, when I asked for the fruit, one of the girls pull out the plate from my hands, in a very aggressive manner! She filled the crepe with the fruit and put one of the strawberries that was on the dirty table on top of my crepe.
