Apropo Crepes - Sawgrass Mills — Restaurant in Sunrise

We stopped over to this Apropo Crêpe location at Sawgrass Mall food Courtyard. I just would like to warn everybody that when you go to pay beware that they are putting in automatically a request for a tip! Make sure that if you’re going to give a tip it’s the amount that you want to give. I was naïve never expecting to see this on my bill. They program it so that you don’t realize you were tipping until afterwards. I ordered two coffee and a crêpe it was $24,I paid $30 . That is insane that they’re expecting tips at the courtyard. And this is happening more and more in different location. We need to wake up. most people do not realize that they are giving this extra amount of money.

I never put in the tip amount!! It was program with the tip!

That is why I am making people aware to look carefully before paying. The tip chart rings up when you are going to pay with a tip already selected .

I placed an order at 10:15 am the other day through Ubereats and when it did not arrive by noon, went into the panic mode. I placed the order aagain at 11:45 am but it still did not show at Apropo. It was for our executives and I try not to disappoint. I was probably a little panicked when I reached Maria at Apropo in Sawgrass, who could not have been more helpful. Even though the issue was with Ubereats, not Apropo, she personally got in her car and brought the order to me pronto. Our executives enjoyed the same wonderful food we always get from Apropo and Maria saved the day! She calmed me down and was so concerned how she could help.
