Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Sunrise

Been buying jeans here for several years, always for about $40. Yesterday I went to the store and they had a promotion “Buy 1 pair of jeans and get the second one for $5” so I picked the ones I needed and went to the register to pay and wasn’t happy about two things:

I have been receiving a $10 off coupon from Express for months. Plus the typical email saying “download the Express app and get 15% off your order”. Turns out the outlet doesn't accept coupons or discounts of any kind. But being an outlet store, I can live with that and accept that the price is already discounted.

The catch for the jeans deal was that you had to buy the first one at full price which was $70. So I paid $75 for two pairs of jeans. Definitely not happy about that because I didn’t end up saving any money whatsoever. I needed the pants so I bought them but was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the “offer”

Service was great, staff was friendly and helpful, store was organized and everything else was wonderful. But I was really turned off...

I would like to detail a very horrific event that occurred today at this outlet store. While trying on pants, I felt an excruciating pain on my leg. Looking down I saw that I was scraped by an inch-long needle protruding from one of the pants pockets. I immediately called one of the fitting room attendants over to show him. He offered me a bandaid. I then asked to speak to the manager Guillermo. He was quite nonchalant, he said ok, sometimes the security sensors come loose. I did end up buying the suit for $200+ because it was a nice suit, but after leaving limping with my leg cut and bleeding, I was appalled at this safety incident which other customers should be aware of because it can also...

A few days ago, I purchased a couple of outfits at Express and encountered some sizing issues.
