Ashley Store — Local services in Sunrise

We had such a great shopping experience at Ashley furniture 11 months ago, we went back! Google won't let us post a separate review so this is an add on to our review from last year...........

August, 2025 - We went back to Ashley furniture for the second time in a year. This time, we needed to replace two bedroom sets for our boys. We researched online and knew what we wanted. We went to the store late just before closing and met Lance D! This guy rocks!!! Lance had us set up with two new queen size beds, two complete dresser sets and nightstands to go along with all of it. One thing we hadn't thought much about was mattress selection. Bam!!! Lance took the time to describe all of the mattress options to us and he insisted that we try them all out. Thanks to Lance's knowledge and expertise, we were in and out in under 45 minutes. When delivery time came, Anderson, James and Keymani did an amazing job of setting up the new furniture and helping us check for any issues. Our entire interaction was very smooth from beginning. The new beds are so comfortable and the furniture looks great in the boys rooms. Thank You Ashley furniture for continuing to provide great service, selection, and delivery!!!

July 2024 - Great shopping experience!!! I went to Ashley Furniture to pick up a love seat for my son. With the help of the best sales rep I’ve met in a long time, I was in and out with the perfect selection in under 30 minutes. My sales rep Haneef really knew the store and the products. He helped me get just the right love seat to match the room. While I was there, the manager on duty Miguel stopped by to see how things were going. Super nice guy. I typically avoid furniture stores because of pushy salespeople who don’t listen—my experience at Rooms To Go next door unfortunately confirmed that. But walking into Ashley’s was a completely different story.

I was greeted by Lance, who was friendly and respectful. When I told him I preferred to browse on my own, he didn’t hover or pressure me—he simply let me know he was available if I needed anything. After about 15 minutes, Lance let me know he was heading out and kindly introduced me to Edili, who picked up right where he left off with the same helpful and courteous attitude.

Once I was ready to get serious about purchasing, Edili ran around the store with me—literally—checking stock, comparing prices, and making suggestions that actually aligned with what I needed. By the end, I had several thousand dollars’ worth of furniture in my cart.

Even though I had already selected everything, both Edili and the General Manager took the time to look for ways to reduce my delivery costs and make sure I felt taken care of. When the GM left, he made sure Carla, another manager, would assist us through checkout—and she truly went above and beyond. My phone battery was dying, and without hesitation, they brought me a portable charger so I could finish my order without worry.

From top to bottom, this team was incredible. I can’t speak highly enough about the service I received from Lance, Edili, Carla, and the GM. Ashley’s should be proud to have a staff that genuinely cares about the customer experience....
