Go to HHGreg or Best Buy!!! Read the other REAL reviews from Yari, Selvin, Jonathan, James, Robert, Melanie, et al!!! I wish I had. There was probably no product being delivered! Their practice is borderline illegal in my books. Don't fall for this sham of an appliance store. I honestly don't know how this outfit is rated 1 star. It's probably ½ star at best. But I guess ½ star increments are only allowed above 1, I gave them 1 star. Back in the 90's during the PC boom, the way to select the best PC was to call the tech support line before buying and see how quickly you'd get a live person or "service". That process worked almost flawlessly in driving me to buy HP desktops instead of lower priced Packard Bells. By the same methodology, I will never buy at Brandsmart again. I purchased my first vcr and microwave from brandsmart in Oklahoma City in the mid 80's. Good products. Never had a problem. This year I bought a $2K refrigerator on Dec 8 with delivery scheduled for Dec 15. I called on Dec 14 to see if there were cancellations and my fridge could be delivered on the 14th. There were no available slots and I was assured that I have a morning slot on the 15th and since I live near the warehouse which houses the refrigerator, I'll probably be the first delivery. THEN, later that evening, hours before my "confirmed" delivery date, I get a voicemail saying, my "refrigerator is out of stock" and they'll call me to set up a new appointment when one comes in! Whaaaaat? What did I buy last week? Air? I spoke with the appliance manager who educated me on "how brandsmart works" (actually how it doesn't work) where prices are guaranteed but not products. So, you can buy whatever you want and they guarantee you something for that price but NOT the product you want. Multiple conversations with the appliance manager yielded nothing! Dumbfounded, I called HR and customer service and finally spoke to the general manager who was anemic at best in resolving the issue. I simply asked that they replace my "out of stock" refrigerator with a similar model and deliver it in the same time slot in the morning. Apparently, the system will not let him do it AND he kept a straight face! Wow! I cancelled the order (not that it was an order anyway) as brandsmart doesn't guarantee anything!!! Plenty of appliance store choices...take advantage of the competitive landscape! I ended up buying at Best Buy which was $150 more, but they matched the price so I ended up with great service and competitive pricing. Even without price match, it's worth it to go to a real store. I can only imagine what it would be like trying to get warranty service or any post sale support from brandsmart if they blow pre sale...

I regret not reading reviews before my purchase. I bought a portable AC with a window installation kit. The salesman never once mentioned that it was a 0 day return but was sure to try to sale a warranty on the item. When we returned home we opened it right away to install in our room. Unfortunately, our window is too wide and the window attachment did not seal the window properly. I called brandsmart immediately to explain the situation. He said, if I brought the AC with all its parts they would refund my money. So I went the following day to return it. The man at the return desk said its a 0 day return. I repeated what the person I spoke to said and he said he would be right back.. We went back & forth, him going to speak with the manager which would not come out to speak to me. Front desk guy said, " he is too busy" THEY DO NOT CarE about having reputable customer service! This is what drove me on here to let people know that they can care less. Its all nice and friendly when your going to purchase something but if you are not happy, good luck getting a refund! They just want to take your money. They do not stand by their word. I was told I would get my money back if I brought the ac back with all its pieces. Keep in mind I purchased it on Sunday at around 4pm. I called at 6:40 pm to let them know my problem. 2.5 hours after purchasing. Kirkland Burton, the manager did not have the audacity to come out to speak with me. He just sent his minion back & forth. In the end they checked the ac and said they would give me a store credit and would charge a 20% restocking fee !!! Lol unbelievable! I didnt want a store credit. BRANDSMART IS A TERRIBLE company. DONT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY HERE just go to Best Buy or Costco! Customer relations department is stellar compared to this company. Much better experience buying and when you have issues with your purchase. Well to finish this up, they charged me 20% restocking fee. They are crooks! Zero stars! Do better...
Read moreJust left the 12801 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323 store with the worst customer experience, the pick up service desk was the worst. I went there and the lady was not helpful at all. I arrived Friday at 7:30 PM to pickup a Xbox that I purchase online, arrived to the service desk and she did not even acknowledge me, she said nothing and went to the computer for 10 minutes staring at her monitor and said nothing!! what kind of customer service does not talk to the customer after 5 minutes??? Also, she brought someone else to help her, and left without saying a word to me. Both arrived and none of them greet or say something. I told them that I went to pick the Xbox she asked me to wait and said something like “don’t you see that the system is not working???“. I didn’t know the system was down because she didn’t said it, I thought she was ignoring me. After more 5 minutes of turning on and off computers without saying anything, she asks rudely for mi ID and to confirm my credit card numbers and she says “we don’t have the additional remote control of the Xbox in stock, you need to find a manager to give you the return” and she just points the other side of the store, doing nothing else to help, and he we had to walk trying to find this manager that was supposed to help us. We asked a sales person for the manager and wait close to the beds and no one showed up. The sales person came back to help us and told us the manager is on customer service and we are walking walking, we came back to the service desk and guess what?? she was there, no manager, and she -again rudely- told us that we had to go to the other door, and I was exhausted of this situation and I said that we are going to wait there. Instantly she gave us the paper that we had to walk FOR NOTHING what a waste of time, please get someone on the customer service that really give AT LEAST a FAIR customer service experience.
