Five Below — Local services in Sunrise

Absolutely loved my shopping experience at the Five Below store in Sawgrass Mills Mall! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and enthusiastic staff who were more than willing to help with any questions I had. The store is incredibly well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.

One of the standout features of this Five Below location is the wide variety of products available. From trendy tech gadgets and accessories to fun seasonal items and quirky home decor, there’s something for everyone. The beauty and wellness section is particularly impressive, offering a range of quality products at unbeatable prices. I found some great deals on items I didn’t even know I needed!

The store is bright, clean, and well-lit, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The aisles are spacious, which makes navigating through the store a breeze, even when it’s busy. The checkout process was quick and efficient, with cashiers who were courteous and efficient.

I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. The short, large, tattooed woman that is the "team lead" towered over me while I was trying to pay for my few items. I was in the self checkout and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She preceded to say "CASH OR CARD" in the most rude manner. Then she talked to some other girl and said "I hate these two" Talking to me like I was some bum on the street. I said cash and then she walked away to tower over the other person checking out. Mind you I was dressed well so imagine how she treats people who are not dressed as well. I called the store and asked why I was treated so badly and then they said that's the protocol to prevent stealing. I told her, I am very wealthy I would never have a need to ever steal and she hung up the phone on me. If you want to be treated terribly by this short woman with a horrible attitude then this is the store for her. She needs to be fired. The worst location of all because of the terrible customer service. None of the workers greet you when you enter, they are only at the SELF CHECKOUT registers yelling at customers in a rude manner and they themselves are the ones who fill out the cash register survey stating that they do greet you and that they were kind, I made the complaint to one of them about that and she told me “my bad” zero importance to the education and good service that they should provide, especially in a place where so many foreign people go.
