Food was good, no problemo there. My problem was through the ordering process. I ordered two Tequenos and 8 sugared churros. Instead I got 4 Tequenos and no churros. When trying to figure out what had happened, and how to fix it. Neither were able to help due to a language barrier. I understand that these things happen and that it's common I don't mind that. What I do mind is when I order and have it repeated back to me and it's correct that he rings me up for the wrong things and I end up having to pay twice for an order that I assumed was correct the first time. No worker speaks ANY word of English here!!! I came with my big group of friends and we all wanted to order but NO ONE spoke any English at all!! We couldn’t even ask about the cost of anything or how much something comes with!! We all left and didn’t order anything because no one understood us. No one could answer any questions we had. Will not be returning to this location ever again. I think the workers should know English here or have someone who speaks English in this store at the mall!! First of all, what a terrible experience at this place. I got there at 8:10 and the customer service ALL of the employees where giving was terrible. The cashier was making bad faces to other customers and they were saying the store was closed already, when it was around 8:30. They were kicking other customers out when they were just finishing eating. One of the employees approached the customers and told me in an extremely rude manner that they needed to leave the store because they needed to clean and I totally understand they have to close but it’s not even 9 and you’re kicking all customers out and refusing service.
