The store doesn’t get easily noticed from outside (we missed it when looking for it) but is simple yet beautiful inside. We visited 2 days in a row because the first time the store was too busy due to a bank holiday weekend. On both visits, the shop assistants did a great job at showing us the pieces they had in store that matched what we were looking for. The selection of pieces at this location is limited because this is an outlet location. We were told by the staff they sell previous collections at reduced prices however I could notice pieces that were still in their current collection and some classics of the designer brand. The discount varies depending on the piece but will end up cheaper than in one of their other retail locations. You can find pieces for both men and women. I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had at David Yurman. The security guard kindly greeted me, and we chatted about sports while waiting in line. He was bright and welcoming. Then Sam greeted me in-store and brought me to a sales associate. He did a great job figuring out what I wanted before he introduced me to Ron.

My sales associate, Ron, went above and beyond to help me select the perfect pieces to add to my collection. He was knowledgeable and gave some great input regarding which pendants/chains would work best with my current jewelry stack. Overall, he provided an outstanding experience and was very kind and patient. Finally, I want to thank the manager, Marinella, for being so forthcoming and respectful—we had a great conversation.
