I absolutely love the Swatch store in Sawgrass Mills Mall! Every visit takes me on a nostalgic trip back to my grade school days when I used to wear pop Swatches. The store’s vibrant and trendy atmosphere perfectly captures the essence of Swatch’s unique and fun style.
The associates here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and are eager to assist with any questions or help me find the perfect watch. Their customer service is truly top-notch, making every shopping experience a delightful one. They genuinely seem to enjoy their work, which makes a big difference in the overall atmosphere of the store.
One of the best parts about visiting this store is that they love it when I bring my dog, Steven Spielberg. Read moreI have been going to this location for over 3 years I have over 30 swatches I was buying swatch watches since high days and I graduated in 1991 so just imagine how long of a customer I am but today I had the worst experience ever from the manager Hilda and team member gabby I was in behind some other customer that were purchasing watches when it was my turn she had the nerve to ask me do I need bag for my items.. so I asked her how was I supposed to carry the item I just purchased out the store.. When I tried to make the return I was surprised by Swatch return policy, exchanges only they do not do refunds. When I originally purchased the watch I mentioned to the salesman it was a gift and I was not advised of said policy. Very misleading and the sign for this policy is tiny in comparison to their huge sales banners all over the store. The second part is the lack of customer service, when I spoke to the manager Gaby to ask for a refund her response was that sadly all outlets stores return policies are like that. My reply was no because I had made a return in a nearby store with no issues and she had no response for that except that's the way it is.
