Target is hopefully becoming the Amazon of brick and mortar retailers in that it is working always to improve the customer experience. I use their app to purchase and pick up things from their store and that has made the experience so much better. Even returning things it is much easier as all my orders are kept in the app and I only have to look them up and get the bar code. I really dislike shopping, so I go out my way to get things from Target, just because it is so convenient. Their produce is not the best except the greens which always seem fresh, but I like the type of products and the variety. Baby and toddler clothes have good quality, everything else looks nice and stylish, but it wonāt last long with a few exceptions here and there. Electronics surprisingly seem to have good prices compared even with Amazon or any other electronics retailers. And from time to time they have good deals on house cleaning products, personal hygiene, and cosmetics. Their cosmetics area was already pretty good and has expanded now with Ulta. However, it is not something I use much, so I cannot comment on that. And Last, but not least, their household and decoration items are so pretty. Quality varies, but if I have to choose where to buy things for my house, i choose Target, over Walmart, HomeGoods, and IKEA. They really make beautiful things and the prices are usually corresponding to the quality. From linens to gardening, they have enough variety to please most people. So, unless their customer service gets bad (it is ok, nothing especial), or their prices get higher, I will be a Target customer always. Keep it up Target! There are still things to improve. You probably have to pay more your employees or give them more benefits I guess, so they could love doing their jobs. Take a look at Publix supermarkets, their employees usually are very friendly and like to help....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever encountered. I had a coupon for $20 off a $120 grocery purchase through the Target app. Wanting to make sure everything went smoothly, I spent three hours in the store on a Saturday carefully scanning each item to ensure they qualified for the promotion.
When I went to check out, the coupon didnāt apply. I was directed to the customer service desk, where I met Sara. I patiently went through each item with her, showing that they all met the coupon criteria. When I asked for further assistance, Nina came over. Without much discussion, she quickly dismissed the issue, stating that my milk and cheese didnāt qualify. I showed her directly in the app that these items were indeed part of the promotion, but she told me there was nothing she could do and advised me to call a customer support number instead.
It was incredibly frustrating to be told to call an 800 number while standing in the store with staff who could see the issue in real time. I explained to Nina how much effort I had already put into ensuring the coupon should work, yet she remained dismissive, saying āsorry, thatās all I can do,ā and walked away without offering any meaningful help.
When I suggested placing the order via the app for in-store pickup to resolve the issue, she told me Iād have to wait two hours and again offered no further assistance.
Thankfully, Sara stepped in again with a simple and effective solutionāshe suggested I add one more item to my cart to push the subtotal higher, and it worked. Iām truly grateful for her kindness, patience, and effort to find a solution.
While Saraās help was appreciated, the overall experience left me incredibly disappointed in how a customer concern was handledāespecially when a staff member chose to dismiss me rather than assist with a...

Well at the end she agree for the security to be called and give my phone back & for that Iām grateful , very mad š but glad I didnāt loose...
