Japan Cafe — Restaurant in Sunrise

I give this place a thumbs down..I went to get food at this place so as i began to tell the server that i wanted the 4 items meal, she rudely interrupted me and said yea yea what do you want, so i slide down to the cashier my total was $24.78 so i gave him 25 singles he then begans to huff with anger, i guess counting 25 singles was a big task..so then he rudely dismissed me with waving his had like i was some kind of dog..it took everything in me to keep from going across that counter..do not eat here very inconsiderate and rude...

I’ve eaten here before and I used to love this place. But this new staff is really rude. They don’t know how to treat people. And there is a lady in particular (idk if she is the manager) she is always at the register has a very nasty actitude. I was about to pay and I asked her nicely “how much is it?” Because the other lady told me a different price and she responded “It’s right here, you don’t know how to read” and she walked away. Very rude people. Never going back...

The service is extremely horrible!!! They served me my takeout plate as if I was inconveniencing them. They are also very stingy with the food for the price. This was my first and last time getting food from Japan Japan! Don’t waste your money or time, you’re better off going 5 steps down to the next Korean food place or even Cajun grill. They serve the same type of food with way better customer service, customer care and portions...
