I'm honestly questioning if this is a real Hugo Boss store. I bought a suit on October 21st around 6:30 PM (just before closing at 7 PM). I tried on three suits, all of which I was told had a 40% discount. I chose one, but since the size wasn’t quite right, the salesperson brought a suit from the back. When I checked the receipt later, I noticed that the discount hadn’t been applied to this one.
The next morning at 10 AM, I went back to the store to return it. To my surprise, the manager informed me that they don’t accept returns — only vouchers. Even worse, since the tailor was about to start resizing the pants, they wouldn’t issue a voucher either. After some hours, I picked up the suit in a plain paper bag with no logo and in a generic plastic covering, which seemed odd for a Hugo Boss store.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I expected much better service and transparency, especially from a premium brand like Hugo Boss. Would not recommend this location if you’re looking for authentic service or...
Read moreI am the assistant manager at a Hugo boss outlet store, and I can say with confidence that most other outlets HATE the Sawgrass Mills location. They will not answer their phones for other stores requesting product for customers, they will just let it ring. I just called this location 2 times from my store phone, 4 times from my personal device. They picked up the first time I called from my personal phone, I gave them the information about the product I was looking for and even though I can see their inventory says that they have 2 available, the employee said they don’t have any and wasn’t willing to check manually. I called back 3 times after and I am assuming they silenced the ringers on the store phone to not have to pick it up; each time I called for over 3 minutes waiting for them to answer. Every interaction my staff and I have had with this store has been absolutely horrendous

Read moreMy girlfriend bought me a $100 shirt from this store for my birthday, but it didn’t fit. Unfortunately, we lost the receipt. When we went to exchange it, the staff treated me like a criminal instead of a customer. The shirt still had the tag, but they immediately accused me of wearing it without even taking a proper look.
The worst part was the manager didn’t even have the courage to come out and speak to us. She hid her face and refused to even try looking up the receipt by the product tag, something I know is possible because I’ve worked retail at Macy’s. I would have respected it if she explained the policy to me directly, but instead they acted like we didn’t deserve the same courtesy as other customers.
I would recommend boss look into training their staff on customer service. Manager was a shorter black haired woman and cashier was a dark skin muscular man. Don’t expect much help...
