I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years ( since 2008) and I’d say within the past 2 years it has gone absolutely down hill as far as customer service. And first of all aren’t staff there super early in the morning to set up the machines and prep everything to be ready for opening? Because the last few mornings I was there I’d literally have to wait 20 mins ( I timed it) for the espresso machine to warm up. That should be turned on waaay before you start to let customers in for opening. And the supervisor that’s there in the mornings is not the nicest person and when I finally got my drink they forgot two ingredients that came with the drink lol . All the staff who were quite young were just chatting amongst themselves. Chris, the cashier, ugh what a rude man! he smelled like a weed, and looked high! He forgot to place our order and stepped out then when I asked him for my order he looked at me like he wanted to hit me up. I don't remember the persons name who helped me but I had gone through the drive through at a nearby location that had done my drink incorrectly, but the line was long and I had to be somewhere so when I got here, I did what I had to and came to this locations explained issue to the cashier about adding what was missing to the drink (still full) and she not only said they will do it, but noticed the ice had melted and offered to do the whole drink over.
