If I can give a negative review I would Johanna and the manager on duty today (A gentleman), were very rude and not helpful at all. They stated they couldn’t give me the 20% off that the other coworker told me about 2 hours prior. I was stating the price the lady told me again I went 2 hours prior and they didn’t want to honor it. As the manager on duty he didn’t tell me his name he rang me up under Johanna numbers, as he rang me up the price was the price that I had said it would be and they kept insisting the price was $179. They were in the wrong and at the end after I bought the bag they didn’t even have the decency to apologize for all the back and forth and for being very rude and disrespectful towards me. I traveled to this Miami from Atlanta and stopped by this location. I found a wallet ( and a few other items) that I absolutely loved. I liked the wallet so much I searched high and low for another just to have a spare but to no avail. Finally, I called the store directly after 2 weeks of searching and spoke with a young lady by the name of Chanel. Not only did she find another wallet for me, she offered to ship it directly to me for no additional fee. It goes without saying that I was elated not only by her professionalism but also the lagniappe I received. 5 stars and then some!
