The experience i just had i. Here i wont stop until i speak with a district manager or someone of high rank. Lets start off with tikki, for starters it was big huddle in the dining area of the place, where she was having casual talk on phone with friends. I walked counter and no one got up to take my order. Tikki then mumbles to her friend “i work drive thu” as if she dont have to help me . About 5 mins she finally gets up from the table to take my order she didnt ask anything just “what you want” when i told her she slam the cup down as if she was mad a customer walked in. I then tried to get a drink and all the sodas and flavors were flat. I told tikki and she pretty much gace me a look and shrug like “what you wantt me to do about it “ only that her friend was having her feet in socks on the tables where people eat at. I then proceed to get my food and u can look at the sandwich and tell it has just been sittin all day and old. Her friend noticed my face and asked me if i wanted a new sandwich and tikki gave a look like she not doing anything. I threw my whole meal away and figured ill just take a loss but i have never been handled like this and i fine dine often this is unacceptable and tikki should be fired immediately. This was unacceptable and i will be calling until i get some one of higher power. Read moreI walked in to this restaurant at 7:30am and placed my order. As the cashier Diana Bagged my order I noticed she grabbed my order from a line of 8 pre made sandwiches and noticed other rows of different sandwiches made in bulk. I asked if my sandwich was pre made was told yes but they have only been there for 10 minutes. I asked if she would please make me a fresh sandwich and she threw away a bag with the order I assumed she was going to give me and said no problem sir it would just be a second. They made me a fresh sandwich within seconds. The lobby was empty and no cars in line so didn’t understand why all this food was pre made. As I sat in the lobby I noticed that all these sandwiches that were pre made just sat there waiting for a clueless drive thru customer to order it. I sat in the lobby for over 40 min as I am still at location typing this. It concerns me as 40 min later the same sandwiches Diana told me were just sitting there 10 min, actually sat there an additional 40 min waiting to be sold. Meanwhile my order took me 6 seconds to receive after I placed my order. If it does not take so long for a customer to receive a fresh order why must we be subjected to paying the same amount of money for an order that has been pre made an hour before I decided to order it. Got stomach sick 3 out of the 4 times I ate there. Meat tastes weird, buns smell like old, couldn’t find mold but could tell something was off. Bacon smells and tastes like sea food. probably left outside all day after not being cooked properly (to say the least, if it were cooked less it would probably not be cooked)
Employees kids playing around unattended, employees sleeping in dining room. Employees obviously not happy to see customers walk in.
Order messed up almost every time, got chicken fried instead of chicken nuggets, then chicken fries instead of mozzarella sticks and lastly mozzarella sticks instead of chicken nuggets. Today’s order was done right though and the drive through lady was nice. AC broke down couple weeks ago and restaurant was flooded and employees sweating in the food but not shutting down.
Conclusion : location not living up to BK standards. Won’t be going again and will be in touch with the health department to make sure this place doesn’t...
