Love this neighborhood gem! Most people wouldn't think to come here but you really should. The selection, staff & convenience is exponentially better than any other department store that happens to sell cards etc. The staff is beyond friendly, they take their time & ensure that you have exactly what you need. I was helped by Javier & he is basically my new favorite person in the world now. He asked me about the occasion & then immediately made some incredible suggestions. I felt as if he knew my friend & I personally, his recommendations were spot on! He also explained the loyalty program & how I can use it going forward. Got really annoyed with my experience here so I wanted to leave a one star review.

I just grabbed a card, and they asked me to sign up for their loyalty program. I said no and she said "it's just an email", and made it seem like it would help her out if I signed up so I said sure.

She then asked for a phone number to "look it up easier" so I did give one.

Then my email which I gave.

Then she asked for my name.

Just an email huh?

I said nevermind cancel that since it was a blatant lie, and she was very clearly upset and just finished the transaction in silence without any sort of goodbye / have a nice day. A friend drives up from Cooper City to visit this Hallmark rather than the one closer to her house because this one is special. Someone here has a finger on the pulse of marketing trends and an eye for creating fabulous displays. They just updated the layout of the store, and it feels even more like a tony boutique now. They also added a little living room-like area with a tv showcasing the Hallmark channel, genius.

They have displays for Florida-themed decor and accessories, beach cottage decor, throw pillows, high end chocolates, chic T-shirts, candles, games, toys, art supplies, fun totes and bags and other items you won’t find in a smaller store.
