Crumbl Cookies Milk Chocolate Chip: Crumbl's official description of this cookie is "The classic-you can't go wrong. Thick, soft, and packed with milk chocolate chips". I got this cookie at a work meeting, so I have to base my review off of only having a fourth of a cookie. The cookie itself is pleasantly chewy, thick, and has an underlying buttery flavor with a touch of salt. According to the description it's packed with milk chocolate chips, but one out of the two large bites I took didn't have any (about 1/8 of a whole cookie). It's clearly just a balance issue as you can see from the picture that one half of my cookie piece obviously has some large milk chocolate chips. If we're going to call this a chocolate chip cookie though, every bite should contain some chocolate chips. When I did encounter the chocolate chips it was a euphoric experience for my taste buds. They were in such close proximity that it was more like a chocolate chunk than chip. I'm still a little perplexed that some Crumbl fans put this as their number one cookie, especially compared to the other more unique offerings from the shop. Definitely not worth $5. Rating this one was tricky and I have to give it a dual score. As a chocolate chip cookie, it's both delicious and Doughboy approved, but as a Crumbl Cookie it's just okay compared to some of the other amazing cookies in their cache. 3.5 stars for this cookie, but overall Crumbl is a 5. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service at this store. I stood at the register for five minutes without being acknowledged. Another customer walked in five minutes later and was instantly greeted and attended to. Meanwhile, I was still waiting for someone to take my order. After I asked the gentleman, "Can I order or not?", he apologized and took my order. I paid for my cookies, but then they told me they were out of snickerdoodle and it would take about 15 minutes to make more. I decided to wait.
After about ten minutes, another couple came in and ordered snickerdoodles as well. After finishing the cookies, the gentleman served the couple that came in behind me first and served me last. He also messed up my order and, to make matters worse, drool fell out of his mouth onto the box. It was so unsanitary and I was so disgusted that I was in shock. I am not saying that this store is racist, but they need to provide better service to all customers equally.
It is unacceptable for children to be running a store late at night without any management present. Additionally, the store is filthy and needs to be cleaned.
Basically the whole trip there was a waste of time and money. Better...
Read moreI visited this location because they sent me a free Crumbl cookie coupon to me. I will say I am a fan of the business.. the boxes, the store setup, the cool flavors and the taste of the cookies, all of that. The manager (maybe asst mgr or actual mgr.. he seemed to be the one in charge, Not sure) was really nice and helpful and he did a good job at turning the coupon into an extra sale.. he asked me if I would like to get something else and because he was nice I bought a cookie aside from the free one. The kid who actually handed me the cookie was kinda rude when I asked if i could heat up the chilled cookie.. he was like idk ive never done it but you can. I was like okay 🙃 but he was young and that could be why he didnt care much lol but overall I do...
