The technicians are great always very kind and respectful, but the internet service is the worse, always loosing signal and cutting out then have to wait for 10 minutes everytime it resets, this happens continuously, not just here at my address but all of my neighbors as well, we've called and called about this problem and are always told it will be fixed but a year later and we are still having these same issues, its just ridiculous paying 100 bucks a month for wifi that doesn't ever work...
