Would give it 0 stars if I could. Made a purchase a few hours ago today. The lady at the cash register was so rude to me, my mom and my son when we were checking out. Everyone I’ve encountered there has always been very sweet, so I was surprised. Realized when we got home from all of our errands that what I bought was stained (looked like bleach). Didn’t see it when I bought it. I went back to ask if I could switch it out. Same lady. She had an attitude and wouldn’t let me switch it out. I told her she shouldn’t sell things that are all stained up. She said, “Well, I probably shouldn’t have, but you bought it.” Touted herself as the manager and said they don’t allow refunds or exchanges because it’s a thrift store. Horrible customer service. I totally understand it’s a thrift store, but I was literally just asking to switch it for something else. I’ve shopped at plenty of thrift stores that have a return policy - Goodwill being one of them. Doubt I will go back and will no longer recommend it to anyone.
