Kohl's — Local services in Surprise

Dont like there pricing unless its on the third markdown it is always to far above real retail. And the line to pay are always way to long if they would quit trying to push there card etc on you the lines would go faster and if someone falls for there sales pitch they dont have someone help them the line stops untell there done. By the time you get out you feel like you just escaped some place Now when there that slow i just set things down and leave. They think you cant go somewhere else i do and normally find a better deal when i do .

(Update ) just made our last trip to this store. The last five times we have been in the price posted is not the price they ring up and always have an excuse.and years ago the wife work for the company and know most of there games. This is not uncommon for them she worked at diff location and quit because of all there games.and now is a manager for a different company. All you have to do is look at there prices and compare with others stores the only way to buy is 4th or 5th markdown. Never pay full price just check you will see. But when they post a price and ring it up for more . No way. And now they push you and push you for there card to the point they argue with you and they'll you your wrong . Have been shopping at this Kohls, since 2005. At this time this store is not Handicapped Friendly. They only have one area for women, & kids to try on clothes. I spent time walking and helping my granddaughter gather some pieces of clothing. Then she went to the one and only dressing room area. I HAD to sit down. Went in and sat in a stall while she was in another stall to try on her clothes. I just had to sit down. No other place did I see a chair anywhere. The dressing room area was very busy and a lady asked me what I was doing using a dressing room and didn't have anything to try on with me. I told her I was sitting, that I needed to sit. Then she stood there looking at me as if I'm supposed to vacate so she could use the room. I told her I was not moving until my granddaughter was finished trying on her clothes. Not a...

I ordered the "8 piece The Big One Bed Set" King size in Grey , crinkled, on line. My only mistake was I waited until we were done remodeling the bedroom I was going to use it in before I opened up my original shipped package. (almost a month) When I opened it up the sheet set was missing! My closest store is the Avondale AZ. location but they did not have one to exchange it with but the Surprise AZ. location did which is a bit further for me. I called them and they held it overnight until I was able to make it there. I could not find my original shipping record but had the online record and they were kind enough to use that with no problem to make the exchange.
