This is an amazing place! They do an amazing job, definitely my new nail salon and would recommend to everyone!

Edit: Went again to get my toes done before my trip to the bahamas and they truly do have the best pedicures. This absolutely sweet sweet young lady did such an amazing job, I was blown away by her work. Not only was the polish absolutely perfect and just the way I wanted it (I tend to be complicated and a perfectionist, but she understood immediately and followed my instructions to perfection), but also the work she did on my feet was incredible, I couldn't believe they were the same feet from before. I was a walk in, as well as my mother and sister, and we were almost immediately seated. The young man (who did my sister's nails) was a bit rude, didn't talk to my sister really, and you could tell that he didn't really like what he was doing. However it was the complete opposite for the lady who serviced me. She was so sweet and when we talked she actually paid attention and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. Also she was so thorough in her work, (I usually tear apart my nails because I don't really care and I used to be an avid nail biter, not anymore tho!) taking the extra time to make sure they looked perfect. I honestly can't say enough good things about her! I just wish I could remember her name, I know it started with a k. Kayla or Katlyn. But I know that I will no longer be doing my own toes and I need to leave it to her because they look better than they have in a long time. Will definitely be booking many more...

I get my nails done every so often as a self-care treat. This time I went with a friend to celebrate my baby shower. The service was fantastic and I was very pleased with the way they styled these embellishments. Here are some things I appreciate:

Service They were so professional and friendly. The gentleman who helped me withstand my nails was quick to resolve my complaint when I said that the UV gel machine was painful.

Quality of work I really loved that my light colored nails were very consistent in their color and smoothness. I’m particularly picky about certain details and so appreciated that the polish didn’t bubble!! (Bothers me so much)

Environment Beautiful azul flooring and clean work space. A relaxing setting although I will say the smell of chemicals were quite strong. I am pregnant so I was worried about the smell and understand that this is just what comes with the territory of the salon. They gave me a mask quite willingly so I was very thankful!

To the staff: Thank you for great service and a relaxing and beautiful environment. I will be back to support this local...

I am not sure who the owner is BUT they need a new manager. He forget things, he is not helpful and does not know how to use their database. Cielo Sky has a point system, by booking and using your phone number one is able to receive points. I've used my phone number each time. "the manager" advise me he is unable to give me credit for my previous service but he will make sure he give me credit for that day service(Aug 2023) Ok no problem, things happen. I returned on Friday 9/22/23 paid for my services. I asked how many points I have one point. Wait ok how many points does one receive? The young lady didn't know. Ok can I speak to the manager? He immediately stated, I can not go back into the system. I stated, I know but did you add my points from Aug when I was here? he states I need to call, I will have them fix it. Wait What??? You told me in August you will made sure my points will be there. He also told me he can not go back in time. Your employees made the error, not me....SMH He will not provide any names or phone numbers to anyone...
