We returned for the second time and were served by the awesome Joanna.

Once again, the ambiance on this sunny fall day couldn’t have been better. This time we tried the BECKY and the Hen and the Egg. The eggs on the BECKY were poached perfectly and I love the idea of fresh brioche instead on an English Muffin. We left that plate clean. The Hen is a delicious sandwich, layered with different flavors and the slaw is so crunchy and nice.

The crowd was large for a Monday, as people really seem to eat and socialize here. We look forward to the next time and ask for Joanna!

Bloom Room in Suwanee Town Center is a gorgeous new brunch spot that’s as inviting as it is delicious. Open daily until 2:30pm, it’s the kind of place that feels like a breath of fresh air the moment you walk in—filled with natural light, flowers, and a relaxed, modern vibe that makes you want to stay awhile.

We arrived around noon and were seated right away, but honestly get here soon before word spreads, because this place is going to get busy fast. Our server, Aaron, was awesome. He took his time explaining the menu and even shared some of his favorites. The menu may be a bit streamlined, but there’s still plenty to choose from, with a thoughtful balance of sweet and savory dishes.

We tried the Chicken and Waffles, which were outstanding, the thin fried chicken thighs were perfectly seasoned and tender, paired with hot, slightly sweet waffles that hit all the right notes. The Chorizo Hash Bowl brought the savory punch, with spicy chorizo, crispy hash, and a couple of perfectly runny eggs topped with chipotle cream for just the right amount of heat.

The prices are very fair for the quality, and the whole experience feels elevated without being pretentious. The spacious bar area, lush greenery, and the fact that you can even buy fresh flowers add a special touch.

From the moment you walk into The Bloom Room, you can feel the energy — it’s vibrant, cozy, and absolutely stunning. The decor is filled with lush greenery, warm lighting, and beautiful floral touches that make you want to sit, sip, and stay all day.

Now let’s talk about the food — the Chicken and Waffles are hands-down the best I’ve ever had. The chicken is golden, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, while the waffles are fluffy with just the right hint of sweetness. Every bite melts together like a dream.

And the Beet Salmon with Capers? Next level. The combination of earthy beets, delicate salmon, and that briny pop of capers creates a flavor harmony that feels both gourmet and comforting. It’s plated beautifully, and you can tell the chef really cares about presentation and taste.

Update 10/17/2025: Beware of your credit card bill! I still have my receipt and they added another $2 to the bill without my permission! Decor was nice and pretty, but you will have house flies flying around you and your food since it is an open roof top. I didn't like having flies to shoo away and landing in people's hair.

Food came pretty quick and was cooked nicely. Food portions are small for the price. Some dishes can be too much seasoning or spices. Always get the sauces on the side.

There was a lot of staff standing around but only one actual waiter that comes to your table and you have to wait for that one person to ask for a to-go box or your bill.
