I’ve noticed so many boutiques are for the owners, not the real people shopping there. Ensemble’s sizes and style selections made me feel like I could find something for any occasion. There were even things my teen would want. This Georgia women’s clothing boutique has clean and well lit fitting rooms large enough to spread your arms out into any configuration you need to get that dress on. Ensemble has shoes for all occasions to finish your outfit off. The Jewelry selection even had gold plated Jewelry for those that are a little more sensitive to metals. The gift selection was something that I was impressed with. I found so many interesting unique gift ideas that will be great to return as a destination to find a gift. After my four visits to Ensemble Boutique, I must express my disappointment. My experiences there have not aligned with my expectations.

Firstly, I found the sizing to be consistently mislabelled, which made it quite challenging to find garments that fit properly. Each visit felt like a guessing game, and I ended up purchasing a poorly made, overpriced pair of jeans that did not meet expectations at home as aposed to in the dressing room.

Additionally, the cuts and shapes of the clothing were unflattering. When I sought assistance from the staff, I found their responses lacking in clarity regarding the sizing differences. It was disheartening to realize that I was not receiving the support I needed.

Furthermore, the return policy was unexpectedly strict, offering only store credit and lacking sufficient transparency. My experience deteriorated when I attempted to return said pair of jeans and lost my store credit due to a misspelling of my name on their part, leaving me feeling deceived and thoroughly disappointed. After considerable efforts my credit was returned and I was able to make a final purchase before never entering this store again.

I sincerely recommend that the owner consider providing additional training for the staff and enhancing the visibility of the return policy. Addressing these issues could significantly improve the customer experience and help prevent future customers from...

I had a Great experience! Theirs so many nice things that one could say you can really shop till you drop. Haha! The staff is so sweet, and great for asking for help maybe if you dont know how to dress and need to know if something goes together or not this place is a 10/10 highly recommend.
