Warm Waves Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Suwanee

First time here — I ordered the Black Sesame Matcha Latte (seasonal - fall) and almond croissant.

I enjoyed the latte, the flavors were balance and not too overwhelmingly sweet. It was a lovely combination. I would highly recommend trying it. Almond croissant was good; sweet, buttery and flaky.

Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Decor is well thought out. There are decent amount of chairs and table.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with service. I arrived at a non busy hour. There were two other customers that have already been tended to.

I informed the barista it was my first time at Warm Waves and I needed additional time to look over the menu. She appeared to be busy and not attentive. Not a big deal as I assumed she was perhaps busy checking inventory in the back or doing something of importance.

It would have been nice to ask questions and acquire information regarding the rewards program and new fall pastry menu (which I would have preferred and I didn’t see because they were hidden behind the other pastries).

She offered to heat my croissant. Unfortunately, she forgot to until I went to check in after waiting 15 minutes listening to an ongoing conversation and laughter from the back room. She said sorry and offered to heat it but she and the other staff continued to carry on their conversation in front of me. I wasn’t in a rush but I didn’t want to wait...

2024 Hyundai ioniqqq5 pretty fast, free gas, zero sound, faster than your 600hp loud non muscular car. Probably can't even drift on those due to lack of driving skills. They typically are missing left fingers, right brain vortexes, and on their phones. Missing green light signals...

Train just scared me, it gave me a little bit of PTSD... Um...

One of the most cutest coffee shops around in Suwanee, has a really good vibe and the staff is always the absolute sweetest! But i cant help but be a little disappointed everytime i try the coffee from here. There isn't really any coffee flavor. I'm not sure if it's because they use a lighter roast for their latte/espresso drinks but there is hardly even a smell to it too. I am actually kind of surprised by the reviews saying it's the best coffee they ever had because to me it's always been very underwhelming. I also got coffee for some others this morning and they all said the same thing. That it is drinkable but not really enjoyable. I wish they can make the espresso a deeper and bolder taste because i really wanted to like it and i like the cafe in general. Again, service is always amazing though!!
