I had high hopes for this nail spa, but unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing . The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, and my manicure was sloppy which was not what I wanted. The salon itself didn’t feel very clean, which made me uncomfortable. On top of that, they didn’t listen to my preferences, and gave me their own choices completely ignoring my request and I ended up with a look I didn’t want. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service and attention to detail and also I show her Inspo picture what I wanted and she told me to pay $85 and I'm getting ok to pay with that amount which seems a bit higher but I still agreed to pay that and she started doing my nails and then she does not have the right color which she showed me on the sample nail then I ended up getting simple nails with gold line on it and she charged me $70 and she clearly told me $60 before without cat eye nail and when I was checked out she said it's $70 and when I spoke to her telling her that she informed me $60 she starts to argue with me and ended up saying "if u don't have money okay let it go" that was very offensive if we did not have cash I would not have bothered going to a place and insulting myself. I had recommended my friend to come to this nails spa but she was very disappointed because the inso picture she displayed she was told my the nail tech that she had all the materials but when she was done half way the nail tech informed her she does not have the materials my friend was very sad because she looked up to getting those nails. then she ended up getting almond fake nail with Crome and she was charged $90 literally $90 she paid that much for two items she has gotten no design, no charms no nothing and she also hurt me and I was bleeding the pictures below the first picture is what she did and the second picture was the inspo I was...

My experience was not good i had shown one of my inspo picture to the lady and she said she could do it. But, later when half of the process was done she tells me that she doesnt have a specific type of color even though she informed me before hand that she had all the materials. I was very disappointed and I ended up getting almond shaped fake nail with crome and she charged me $90 just for those two things she charged me $90!!!!! . My friend who was alongside me was over charged even though the lady said that it would be $60 but ended up charging her $70 and disagreed and lied about the fact that she never said $60 and also continued to tell her that if she doesnt have money she can let it go!!! it was very offensive. Used to be my favorite spot. Very kind people. However, almost every-time I went I was charged differently for the same service. They have charged me for things I never got. I went to get my gel nails for my birthday, I didn’t have no nail polish no anything on my nail. They charged me in additional $5.00 supposedly for removing my previous gel nails.
