I brought in my old phone to replace the screen, he told me he would fix it for 85 dollars the day of. I came back several hours later; while he had fixed the screen, there was another completely unrelated issue with the phone now - the screen was almost completely dark, rendering the phone unusable. He assured me it was just a bad screen and that he would get another one for me the next day. He calls me the next day and tells me that I will have to wait until Monday for him to get the new screen. On Monday I come in and he tells me that my phone is broken. All he can offer me is a refund and the advice - "don't buy LG phones." Not only did he waste three days telling me he would fix my phone for me, I would have been better off had I not gone to this kiosk at all. This guy ripped me off, broke my phone, and wasted a bunch of my time. I must have come in and out of H-Mart 7 times because this guy kept telling me to come at a certain time and then I would come in to find that he still wasn't done with my phone when he said he would be. He broke my phone and wouldn't even take responsibility for it, much less offer me any kind of compensation. You're better off just leaving your phone screen broken, thanks to this guy I had to completely replace...
   Read moreVery disappointed. He replaced a screen on an iPhone 11 for me. Within a couple of months there was a dark area at the bottom of the phone. He said warranty doesn't cover it since the screen is damaged even though there is NO physical damage. Since my daughter needed the phone, I paid to put on another screen. I even bought a really hard case from him to protect against damage due to drop. But now it happened again without the phone being dropped, the same exact problem with a small dark area near the bottom of the screen with touch not working. And he says the same thing again. No warranty coverage for screen damage (No physical damage to screen) So I think his warranty is a joke and there is really NO warranty. I had the same issue with two screens he put on, so not sure whether the quality of the screens being put on had anything...
   Read moreI dropped a weight on my phone and completely blacked out my screen on Samsung S9. It wasnt such a big deal since I had insurance and was able to get a replacement immediately. My horror wasnt realized until I noticed my 5yrs worth of important notes did not transfer over or back up on cloud. I had no way of getting it out of my old phone with a locked screen. I called several cell phone repairs listed on Google and was told there was nothing that could be done...that is until i found CCR and spoke with Joe. Without hesitation, he told me he could fix my issue. I immediately went there, still a bit doubtful, until Joe did some magical stuff with the old phone. PROBLEM SOLVED! Im so happy.
