This visit was worse than the last. Our food did not come out hot. My daughter's salad was incorrect. Our drinks did not come out. Which meant I spent half the movie going to the bar to get it fixed on my end. The theater itself was decent. The only highlight was the kind manager who helped me after the movie was over. I will say the customer service at the front entrance area was very much lacking as they refused to help me or find a manager. I hope Marcus gets this figured out because soon this tavern location will be a must miss dark spot on my GPS. The only thing they have going for them is their food prices. Every other theater out there is over charging and under paying their staff. So hey why not just enjoy their rerun movies from years past offers and let it be. My family and I love the Movie Tavern they literally have the most comfortable seats in the business.

They have an option now that you can order food and drinks directly from the app and before you know it they bring it to your table you can even set the time that you want your food to arrive.

My family and I all went to see Superman and we had such a good time the movie was pretty freaking awesome 🥰

We have been going here for a few years now. It hasn't been that great the last 1/2 dozen times. Service has been poor and the food quality hasn't been very good. We have decided no more dinner and a movie, just movie. The seats are so comfortable. The theater is very spacious. We don't go to movies when they first come out. We wait for a week or more. So the theater is not so full. I usually have to bring a blanket cause it is usually very cold in there.
