WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Suwanee

So I ordered 2- 6pc dinners bone in fried crispy..it was around 9:40 pm and they took my order over the phone they close at 10:00 .I ordered lemon pepper dry with fried rice and just plain wings bone in with fries "NO SALT!!.. which i repeated several times when ordered and was repeated back to me as confirmation. I sent someone to pick it up for me .when they got to the store they had all the wings lemon pepper. When it was brought to the cashiers attention she looked at the receipt and said oh yea and took the food in the back and brought it out a few minutes later..when i recieved my food at home..the dinner with lemon pepper dry had old rice and the wings were not fried crispy my actual dinner had SALT on the fries and remnants of lemon pepper seasoning on them. By this time they were closed..so I left 3 voice mails on there phone..so today Oct 30th 2024..I called and spoke to a guy and he Said he would text the manager because he was the only one there and he took my phone number to let me know when he got a response from the manager he also said she would be in tonight..I said ok..now it's roughly 3:30 in the afternoon I haven't heard anything so I called back. Same guy answered the phone. He remembered me from earlier so I asked him is there anyone their now in authority I could talk to verses waiting until tonight ? he said no were busy and I have to wait until tonight !! So I asked if he could possibly call the manager/owner and maybe she can give him instructions on her behalf. He appeared to get irritated with me because is respons was "you just have to wait she has OTHER businesses she has to run and I very busy so I don't know what else to tell you . You have to wait ma'am!! So I politely said put yourself in my shoes as a consumer. There would be no businesses without people like me spending money at her businesses..he completely over talked me and kept saying you just have to wait until tonight..not considering that not only do I have to drive there but put any plans on hold to be at there establishment AT NIGHT!!.. I believe to total bill was a little over $24 which at this point they can have. it's really Sad to treat customers so rude..I will be going to 77 flavors...

My family and I stopped at the Lawrenceville Suwanee location tonight after a basketball tournament and ordered several burgers and a 12in philly meal. Once we got home and began to eat I noticed my philly was quite salty. I just wrapped it back up and decided I was done with that as I wasn't compelled to drive all the way back for 1 sandwich. At that same time, one of my little ones stated her burger tasted bitter. I walked over to examine it and noticed the burger was extremely charred. I proceeded to cut off the charr so she could finish her meal. As I was doing this, my son stated his tasted bitter too. It was also very charred. That prompted me to ask the two others that ordered burgers how there's were and my mom stated "It was bitter and gross", my husband stated, "It was ok but I had too much charr". At that point I called the restaurant and explained this to a lady who stated they would remake the food if I brought it back to which I replied that I instead wanted a refund. Already disgusted at this point, not only with the situation but also the fact that it was now almost 10pm and I had to get back out in 29 degree weather to address this as I had spent a fair amount of money on a largely inedible meal, I proceeded to gather the food and return to the store. When I arrived the staff examined the food and the owner proceeded to argue with me on how I am just complaining as she has had 200 people there today with the same cooks and I was the ONLY one to complain. She was rude and argumentative and I felt completely unheard or valued as a customer. I received a partial refund and I WILL NOT...

This used to be the best place to get wings, chicken strips, and philly cheese steak from but today and the past 2 times p prior to today I’ve had out-of-town guests and we ordered from here based on my first few experiences with this location, and it has just not been good at all! I feel like it’s been a total waste of money these past 4 times and I’ve spent between $30-$50 each time! it’s probably safe to say I’m not willing to waste any more money here! The chicken strips and wings have been so damn dry and hard that you will break a tooth and choke on them! This time I ordered from there online delivery for the "same price as dining in" -Not True!!! We were supposed to get 10 mild, 10 Honey BBQ, and 10 Honey Mild, Chicken fried rice and a regular size fries. The wing order was totally screwed up we got 20 HOT wings, 10 BBQ, and the wings had a spoiled smell to them so this was the absolute last time for me!!! They must be under new management or something because this is totally jacked up...
