Would give 0 honestly. Customer service is absolutely awful. Was simply just trying to back my car in which I have done SEVRAL times here without issue or complaint. The security guard comes out and starts watching me and making me nervous. When we go in he was extremely rude saying we were going the wrong way (we wernt) and I was politely trying to explain I was simply backing bc ive been hit backing out of their before so I just back in, he had an attitude was cutting me off several times to the point I got fed up and was giving it back to him. He proceeds to start screaming at me and following me around the store and screams at me to me to leave. I refuse because im simply just trying to explain the situation and felt i was being highly disrespected so why should I be respectful? He (still screaming) says that I will not be served at check out (I wasn't buying anything my mother was potentially). My mother tried clearing the air but he was just as rude if not ruder to her. Screaming at her as well when she hadnt even done anything to begin with. He got in my personal space and i was genuinely afraid he was going to try to put hands on me. I told him if he wanted me gone that bad he needed to call the cops. (He did not) He insulted my driving which was uncalled for. If he wants to judge parking he should change his career. Honestly wouldnt be a bad idea since this isnt the first negative review he's received. Called the manager from the parking lot and she was equally as rude. She put me on hold to go talk to him which was fine, but when she came back it seemed she had already made up her mind about me and was equally as dismissive and rude and would not let me explain the situation at all and kept cutting me off and that I was quote being extra or something like that for simply just asking if she was taking his side because from my point of view thats what it seemed like (she was more focused on me backing in then the actual issue) because of how dismissive she was of the situation, Saying she needed to check the camera. I told her if she wasn't interested in making money i would happily go up the street, as they dont have a rude security guard and are very sweet there. Me backing in was not the reason I called in the first place but that is what she honed in on rather then the actual issue of the security guards rudness. I will take ownership in my imauraties. But like i said earlier as a customer why should i be respectful to the employees if the employees are starting fights with customers? If he had been polite from the get go i would have been to, seems to me this dude thinks he has a bunch of power he relistically dosent. As I stated earlier this is not the first negative review he has gotten and all the other ones share similar stories. I am a young white woman and it seems like from mine own experiences of him and the reviews of other people that he just hates women, which is fine but needs to be kept to himself. There were no customer complaints about me backing in and the dude next to me was just waiting for me to park and i made sure there was no one behind me so i wouldnt hold up traffic (I bring attention to this because he said I was). It honestly feels like he had issue with the fact that it took multiple tries but i was simply just not trying to hit the car next to me and not take up more then one space. Hopefully the owner is a little nicer. Extremely disappointed this is the Customer service I receive after my family and I have been loyal customers for years. This place used to be so friendly and when I was little the cashiers were no nice and we would chat for what seemed like hours and there was no security guard. I wonder if they've changed owners or something bc the customer service is extremely lacking. The staff needs some more training or need...
Read moreHello and good afternoon the, date is December 29th 2021. My husband and I are regulars at this liquor store for the last five years, we have never had any issues and the customer service was great but recently the customer service has took a turn for the worst. They pick and choose who they card and ID, and their security guard is very aggressive and short when it comes to dealing with females. My husband and I with my 15-year-old son went to this packaging store on Christmas Eve where I bought a couple bottles of liquor, during this time we were not ask for any ID as usual. Upon arriving today we were trolled by the security in the store and upon reaching the register my mom husband and I was questioned for ID upon looking around no one else was asked for ID and the people that were familiar with the liquor store was greeted with open arms and was allowed to make purchases without ID being shown. Thanking it was going to be a regular visit to the packaging store I had left my ID in the car walked around chose the alcohol that I wanted to purchase and handed it to my husband while approaching the counter upon the alcohol being placed on the counter the woman asked my mother my husband and I for ID where I informed her that I did not have it on me she then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t sell to me and in fact that she would not allow all three of us to make purchases startle turning around the large black security guard was standing behind me I asked him where he came from because before approaching the counter he was located in the back of the store that’s when he became very smart short and rude with me being intimidated by a 6 foot five man and only being 5 foot three informed him that I did not have ID and any other visit I was never asked to present any idea that’s when he became very short and rude again I had my husband walk to the car just to prove the point that I was of age and then I refused to purchase from this liquor store all while other people are being greeted and allowed to make their purchases without presenting ID I have indeed wrote the Better Business Bureau and also fire tobacco and alcohol to notify them of this I also contacted the liquor store and ask them how far do security video go back because there is definitely proof of me buying alcohol two days before Christmas and the day before Christmas without any idea I do truly feel that I was discriminated against take your...
Read moreStay away from this place, the security is disrespectful and will touch you without permission. I went last night on nye with a girl friend. The short, black security officer who is bald had it out for us as soon as we stepped in. We accidentally entered through the exit door (we are not from the area and couldn't read the sign saying to use the other door bc the door was automatic and someone was leaving through it) and he made us leave back out and go through the other door. No problem at all, we thought he was being a little extra but we didn't complain or try to talk back. He also had a problem with how we were standing in line and said we were cluttering "his walkway". It wasn't a walkway it was the checkout area so no one would be walking through it all unless they were finished checking out and leaving out the door. And since we were next in line, we weren't blocking anyone else. But what really made me question what was up with the man was when he put his arm and whole body between me and my friend just to go through us. No excuse me, no walking around us, he literally pushed his whole self through us while we were standing beside each other. And when i told him it was rude and uncalled for he laughed and said "wow ok" and walked away. No apology or anything. As crowded as the store was i was very impressed on how the cashiers cleared most of the line quickly and they also had a great selection of wine/alcohol. The rude security person who takes advantage of his "authority" is the only reason they get this...
