This place is really pretty and clean. The welcome desk workers are super nice. My dad had his wedding at this place almost 5 yrs ago and we are about to rent it again for a baby shower. You could get either half of the hall for rental or the whole thing. It also comes with chairs and tables( round or square). They set up the room the way you want. It has a surround system you can use at no extra cost, just an ID for the extra cord to connect your device to the speakers. The patio is extra if you want to set up on it, if not, you can go on the patio if asked. A kitchen with sink, a warmer and ice making, plenty of space to set up your food. George Pierce County Park is a treasure. Activity center with restrooms and indoor bball court, etc. Wooded site with walking or biking trails. Winding path and wooden walkway over marsh and creek that attracts diverse range of wildlife - buzzards, Canada Geese, Green Heron, Little Blue Heron, White Egret, Black Ducks, Wood Ducks, Dragonflies, redwing black birds, kingfisher, deer, etc. Can be crowded on weekends during baseball, football,...

Nice space, very clean, and a super-helpful staff. The nearby gameroom was a bonus as the pre-teens had a place to go in the waning moments of the party. I can't give 5 stars as the technology available is not equipped to handle current A/V connections (other than an aux cable), no bluetooth, and there is spotty internet connection in the area so don't count on streaming music or any online media.
