‼️‼️AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPOILED CHICKEN‼️‼️I will never eat at this establishment again. The service that I received from the people working there was enough to make me feel like this alone, Not to mention the chicken was spoiled. I have never been treated so awful by someone that runs a business. I was a kind, respectful and paying customer that deserved respect that I did not get back. I took my stepdaughter and my son there to eat. We ordered orange chicken and the orange chicken tasted spoiled. I nicely pulled the woman aside and asked her if I could Trade out the plate for something different on the menu in attempts to show respect and not make a scene or have any other customers hear me so that I did not ruin any business for them. The woman was so mad that I did not like the food she from then on gave me an attitude as well as the man in the establishment. He came to get my plate from the table with an attitude and ignored my daughter asking for a refill. Before I had any complaints it was all smiles thank yous and your welcomes now every time I said thank you for them bringing Us food or some thing that we asked for they slammed them down on the table and when we said thanks there was no acknowledgement or response. Also at this point they Did not offer to refill our drinks even after 20 minutes of them being empty. Mind you even my 13 year old step daughters thank yous were ignored as well as her refill request when just before the food complaint they were nice to us and would respond to our pleases and thank yous. The man even smiled and played with my 15 month old baby when I requested a high chair for him. When it was time to leave I bit my tongue and didn’t say anything about the way they were treating us but my son dropped my phone and I didn’t realize it until I dropped my stepdaughter off at her mothers so I used my stepdaughter‘s phone to call the restaurant and let them know that I had left my phone and that I was gonna come back and get it and the man said I don’t know nothing about a phone and rudely hung up in my face. When I arrived there to get my phone the man went through the door into the back of the establishment into the kitchen as soon as he seen me. The woman was sweeping the floor and I asked her if they saw the phone and she said I don’t know anything about a phone you will have to ask him when he comes back out here and I asked her if she could please go and ask him because I had my 15 month old sleeping in the car and I need to go back out immediately and she proceeded to say that I needed to ask him she doesn’t know. Then the man came back out on the phone so I was unable to ask him And the woman proceeds to say she gave it to him but already told me she didn’t know about a phone and I would have to ask him. I saw the phone sitting on the cabinet in the back and I said I see my phone right there so she grabbed it and threw it on the counter not even having the decency to hand it to me it in my hand. I then decided to tell them that they really need to work on their customer service and that I would not be coming back to eat...

Shrimp did not taste fresh. It was mushy and most likely from the freezer. Veggies were fresh.

Update 11/10/2021: I ordered delivery and everything was so fresh and tasty this time. I ordered the tofu with vegetables and the Thai pad kee Mao flat wide noodles mild. Rice was fresh too.

I just wish they stop putting fortune cookies and soy sauce packets in my order when I asked them not to.

This is my favorite place to order Asian food in Suwanee.

Update 2/22/2022: They are open for dine in. The food was just ok. If you want it less spicy or less salty, you have to tell them. I felt like the entrees had too much sauce and a bit salty for me. Friendly and great service.

Update: 7/14/2022 My Uber Eats delivery order was perfect! Food was so fresh and cooked perfectly. They followed my special instructions exactly how I wanted. I love getting...

I ordered from here today for lunch and by far this was the worst I have ever had.It took over an hour to get two lunch specials and we are not even 5 minutes down the street. I ordered bubble tea smoothies and they came with no bubbles. We called back to let them know that there were no bubbles in the "BUBBLE SMOOTHIE" and was told that we picked the wrong thing that was conveniently located online under BUBBLE SMOOTHIES. Not to mention the flavor of it is HORRIBLE. I gave them a call to see if I could get my money back and they made a very disturbing comment when the phone was answered. The guy that answered the phone was very RUDE and I could not believe he was talking to me in the manner he was. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL THEY EVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN..HUGE...
